I've been pulling what little hair I have left out with this one, so I hope this is something daft - we've built an Azure VM with a Signiant Agent on it. Signiant is a media movement system that uses specific ports for UDP data traffic - but the "Agent" service which is running on the VM does not respond to any requests on this port.
I'm currently accessing it via the VIP, and have configured endpoints for the VIP for the specific port we need. I have also added an ACL of 0.0.0.0/24 for that endpoint, but still no cigar. I've checked and although the firewall is on the ports are open for Signiant traffic, and even turning it completely off has no effect. I can't see where else I need to configure the VM to allow traffic on our required port?
Any ideas?
