How to make a VM as Parent server and other VM's as its Child server to the Parent

Hi There,

I am trying to create a Azure VM as the Parent Server with Domain and AD installed in it and I want other VM's to work under it, as we have setup in local LAN.

Please help me out here, I tried giving IP to Parent VM but whenever I give IP I am unable to connect to that VM.

I really appreciate the help.
