Hello,
I can't connect to one of my VMs as per subject line.
I have followed the steps on this page

but the issue persists (I was only able to try the suggestion at the bottom of the page as I am on a Windows 10 Home client)
I tried running updates on the server remotely and followed guides on how to do this via the Serial Console and the PowerShell but none of these approaches worked.
I enabled the Update Management service on the VM via the Azure portal and this seemed to work, however it shows that no updates are missing from the server.
I have also tried resetting the RDP admin account details from the portal just in case it's simply a login issue (it doesn't seem to be).
Lastly I tried redeploying the VM which appears to have been a very bad idea as I can't even connect to the services that were running on the VM now (I need to upgrade one of these services which is why I was trying to RDP to the VM in the first place).
I fear redeployment may have cleared data on the server? Which I hope I am wrong as that would be rather catastrophic, but given I can't RDP I can't even tell what's happening.
I am also extremely confused about how to go about getting urgent support on this issue? Is this the best place to do that? If not could someone point me in the right direction?
