For an environment with Hyper-V servers without SCVMM, I'm planning to deploy some virtual machines in Windows Azure. I understand I need to create a Virtual Network and a Site-to-site VPN. Just wanted to check, do I need System Center VMM or AppController for or could I do all of this this without those products?
