Single VM, 2 NIC, 2 Static IPs bound to NICs

I've been browsing the forums and may have stumbled onto a very special use case.  We want to use a single VM, within its own Cloud Service that has 2 NICs, each NIC with its own static IP.  Goal being that we can separate data to flow on more than one outbound NIC connection.  

Any help would be appreciated.
