Provisioned ubuntu, installing webuzo cannot connect through the IP address

“hi, on provisioning ubuntu and installing webuzo I cannot connect through the IP address. I guess it's the inbound rule. I created opened ports 443 and 80. i still cannot connect”

The customer was sent the documentation on http://aka.ms/f884120 but this did not help.

The customer also adds: “I still cannot connect to the web app on the browser created on ubuntu linux vm provisioned. Although i could log in through SSH”
