Can't RDP to VM created using VHD file

I was able (until yesterday) to create VMs from uploaded VHD files, and RDP into those VMs.

Now, I still can create VMs, but I can no longer RDP into them. Any idea?

There is another VM on my subscription  that I can successfully RDP (not created using one of the VHD files I have).

Few notes:

-         I noticed the "host name", on the "quick glance" area doesn't get set.

-         RDP error msg: Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:1) Remote access to the server is not enabled 2) The remote computer is turned off3) The remote computer is not available on the network

-         I have another Azure subscription with a VM created using on the VHD files and I can RDP into it.
