With the retirement of TechNet Subscriptions many IT Pros, including me, are looking at maybe setting up a small number of VMs in a lab on Azure to do evaluations and testing. Are there any plans at Microsoft to allow this at some kind of flat-rate subscription charge for IT Pros to develop evaluation labs?
