how to write a script to receive and write the message in the queue and how to run the script when VM is getting created dynamically

Hi,

I am dynamically creating the worker's VM and want to send some message in the azure storage queue and when it is getting created dynamically i want to receive the message in a queue from the master node through the powershell script and run that script.

how to write the for queue/messages script?
