Urgent: VM not connecting to network

Since last week we have seen issues with one virtual machine connectivity. There are times in which in can't connect to the internet or even to another VM inside Azure.

Could you please help us resolve this?

Example error:

ERROR: Could not connect to SMTP host: smtp.sendgrid.net, port: 25javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: smtp.sendgrid.net, port: 25;
  nested exception is:
	java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out
