My Centos based Linux VM had been running for 5 weeks and suddenly, inexplicably, all connectivity was dropped at 9:30 UK time on 1 December 2014. SSH, HTTP, mail protocols, nothing works anymore although the Azure status screen re-assuringly tells me that everything is fine and running.
I am evaluating Azure on a MS Partner license and I can see where my evaluation is going, though.
Can anybody offer any help where I should go to get support for this issue?
