I have an azure VM and it has been working great. I was following the steps to capture an image of the vm here:

I had some updates that had to be applied before I could run the sysprep step. I rebooted the VM. Now I'm not able to remote desktop into the VM.
It just gives me a message that Remote desktop can't connect to the remote computer. It seems that the remote desktop service didn't start. Also, the web server isn't responding as expected.
Is there an escalation point I can connect with to troubleshoot the issue?
