Sharepoint & MS Dynamics VM - with sample data

Hi all;

We need a Sharepoint and MS Dynamics install with sample data so we can test that our OData connectors can connect to and pull down selected data from each. Is there a way to create VMs of either/both where it includes sample data and has the OData API enabled?

We're trying to avoid having to learn, configure, administer both just to test data access.
