Since last 48 hours, we are not able to connect to the VM, location East US. There is no RDP connection, no SQL connection, no SSH, no PowerShell. We removed endpoints, re-add but same problem. We changed the public port same as private port but still no connectivity.

We have developer support subscription, but even two tickets raised, no answer. Anyone having similar issue?
