The elusive Brazil South region

Hi,

I not being able to create a VM in Brazil South in one of my Azure Accounts (i can on another one).

Is this limited to some condition? I am able to create websites, but NOT VM or Storage.

I've seen a few posts with the same problem but none seem to contain any information that can help me.

A bit of background:

• I've tried on both portals.
• PowerShell doesn't work either.
• Account has a valid credit card and no spending limit.
• Account has just been created.
