Virtual Machine has lost it's host name and other problems

Hello,

I have a VM for testing purposes, today when I did login, I saw that the hard disk was Read-only,

following the instructions here

I did a restart of the VPS and now it is un-responsive, I cannot connect via ssh, also I see that the VM inside azure managment at the Host name on the right has no value.

I dont know if these 2 problems are connected.

Any ideas?
