Can I choice an region to host a VM when I was on Azure free-trial period

Hi,

I'm on free trial period at Microsoft Azure (it ends on Nov, 22 of 2014).

I'm trying to create a VM (for assessment reasons) but I can't see (and select) the option "South Brazil" in the  "Location" tab. Even although the site says that 'South Brazil' supports VM creation (see: http://azure.microsoft.com/pt-br/regions/#services).
