Unable to access VM due to error net adapter setting.

I have a VM in Virtual Network. It has internal IP 192.168.200.36 , vip(virtual ip ,it is a reserved ip) & pip (public ip).

I changed ip settings in remote desktop.

  • use static IP (same as its pip )
  • subnet mask (255.255.255.255)
  • Default gateway(192.168.200.33).

I know I had done some wrong. When I Click Confirm, I lost access to my vm.

I tried to Shutdown and Restart my vm in portal (https://manage.windowsazure.com ), and I still cannot connect to remote desktop.

Now, what can I do to access my VM ?

I try to Resize the VM. It cost a long time, but the problem is still here.

I try to copy the VM disk, and create a new VM with the copy disk.

I deploy the new VM in a new Service, but I still cannot access the new VM. And it has no Host Name.
