Unable to connect to VM

I'm unable to RDP to a VM I had working as of Friday.  I shut it down Friday and tried bringing it back up this morning.

I've tried:

1. Restarting it
2. Deleting the VM (keeping the disks) and recreating it
3. Changing it from a basic A3 to a basic A4
4. RDP from another machine on the same virtual network and affinity group

Is there anything else I can try? Thanks!
