At about 09:25 my client's VM shutdown/restarted spontaneously while I was connected via RDP. I didn't request the shut down or get a chance to cancel it. I assumed it was a Windows Update and waited for the VM to restart...
I'm still waiting at 10:19. As Windows hasn't started I can't connect via RDP to see what's going on - Azure really needs a console connection option like Hyper-V - the Azure Portal says that the VM is "starting" and gives me no options, and Azure status is reporting all green for Europe. What can I do?
