Up until last week we had an voip app running on an azure vm then all of the sudden the rtp traffic stopped. The vendor carrying rtp is level 3 after working with the originating vendor NexVortex and level 3 they concluded that the traffic is being
blocked outbound. I have verified from the wiresharks on the vm that audio is being transmitted just that its not getting past the wan of azure. I have the correct ports on the endpoint and in the windows firewall , also another vendor whom does not farm
out the media portion is working correctly. have any changes in regards to level 3 that would have cause this to occur. ie the new partnership with azure?
