Migrate existing onpremise server infrastructure to Azure virtual machines

Maybe this is the wrong forum, if so direct me elsewhere.

Our company is planning to move our existing server infrastructure to the cloud and everything is Windows based so Azure seems like the natural choice. The company is small (less than 10 people). All our servers are Hyper-V virtual machines, except one which is the physical server running Windows Server 2008 R2 Ent. In the virtual servers we have DNS, Active Directory, SQL Server, Sharepoint, TFS and Biztalk -running.

My question is how do we plan this migration?
What should we take into account?

We've read some of the articles about how to migrate Hyper-V VMs to Azure.
How do we migrate e.g. a Biztalk development server? The VM contains everything in one server but if we sysprep the image then won't that break something?

What about networking if the servers are running in Azure?
We currently have an internal network using a domain at the office and external connections are routed by our own DNS server. How should we setup the office network when running servers in Azure?
