I'm trying to connect from Azure VM to corporate PPTP VPN and fail with Error 800:
CoId={997031CA-917B-4C20-9C95-37FA34FD3D46}: The user <DOMAIN>\<user> dialed a connection named Pillar VPN which has failed. The error code returned on failure is 800.
CoId={997031CA-917B-4C20-9C95-37FA34FD3D46}:The initial Secure Socket Tunneling Protocol request could not be successfully sent to the server. This can be due to network connectivity issues or certificate (trust) issues. The detailed error message is
provided below. Correct the problem and try again.
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
I can successfully login to VPN from my local machine.
I also tried opening 1723 and 47 ports for both inbound and outbound connections but it didn't help.
Please help.
