This is apparently a common problem, but none of the solutions have worked for me and I am not behind a firewall.
I have restarted the VM many times, resized the VM several times, deleted and recreated the remote desktop endpoint, and changed the Remote Desktop public port several times.
A port scan of the remote desktop port gets no response.
This was on a free trial that expired and worked fine then, but not now.
I don't get login failures, just "remote access to the server is not enabled".
Any other suggestions?
