Accessing files on Linux VM

Hi.

I'm new with Azure, so bare with me.

I've succesfully set up a Bitnami Magento 1.8.1.0-1 running on a Linux VM on Azure.

I can access the site and also login to the admin-backend.

I need to alter and upload new source-files. how do i do that?

I've tried:

- SFTP via Filezilla: Can't login, don't know the login/password

- FTP: can login but see only one file and some empty directories

- CloudXplorer and Azure Storage Explorer: can't seem to browse or access the files in the VHD this way.

So, please advise.
