I am building a Ubuntu Virtual machine in Azure. I created the Ubuntu VM in Win8 as VHDX. Converted the VHDX to VHD and ported it to Azure.
In Azure i created disk from the VHD and used to Disk to create Linux Virtual Machine.
When i do that , i status of the Virtual machines starts out at Running (Provisioning) and then after few hours its still provision with the status message of Running (Provisioning timed out).
the question is how to start troubleshotting the issue , what to look out for.
