VM Remote desktop connection using internal IP

Hi,

I have configured a Point-to-Site VPN connection in Azure. The VM has a static IP 10.0.1.4

I would like to know if there is the possibility to access with remote desktop connection using the internal IP instead public IP.

At the moment under End Points configuration the is the nat between public and private port for RDC.

The goal should be access to the VM only when the VPN is on.
