I have an Azure VM running SQL Server 2008 R2 and IIS7 hosting a website. The VM was deleted and has since been restored, however, my website is no longer working. I am getting an Error 404 - File Not found. I know my web services are started, my website is present.
I cannot ping the public IP or the site name from another browser or from the local machine.
I have checked everything I can possibly check and cannot find a reason for my website to have stopped working.
I'm open to suggestions.
