Azure VM Password is not working

Hi

I am following issue while connecting my Azure VM:

"Your connection did not work"



Needs work around, it would be a great help if someone guides on below possible solutions:

1. Unable to reset password from Azure management portal. May I have work steps how to reset it?

2. How to put request to support team that reset password if 2nd step won't available.
