today at 5 am my vm stopped working, I cannot reset it, start it or anything when going to the health status when trying to contact support I get We're sorry, your virtual machine is unavailable because because of connectivity loss to the remote disk and also this:

An Azure service outage may be impacting this subscription.

I caanot access the vm disks or even the backups I only get a sad cloud icon.

Also trying to contact support is useless I am worried my data is lost.

Can anyone help me?
