Reduce traffic from VM

Hello.

My VM runs only for about 3 days (eq. ~ 72 hours). But my traffic is a huge. I have at this moment only one WCF service which generates about 200-300Mb per day. How can I reduce all of other traffic and down my traffic cost? Thanks.
