Adding SSL security to a VM running Tomcat

I am attempting to implement SSL on my VM.  I have update the Server XML per instructions found in article... "adding SSL (HTTPS) security with Tomcat/Java solution in Window Azure.  I have verify the certificate and keystore.  I have now spent a day getting to this point and would appreciate some assistance.
