How to manage multiple VMs?

Hi,

I want to ask about managing multiple VMs. Let´s say we have 50 VMs. Let´say they have different roles - PROD, TEST, DEV, ADFS1, ADFS1, ADFS3, ISS, BACKUP, SQL... Now to my question how can I (administrator) create my special access to every of this VM? How can I manage them using only one credentials. It´s pretty annoying using 50 different credentials on every VM because some of them are in domain XY, some of them are in domain XX or YY or some of them are not in domain just workgroup. Is there option create one local user everywhere but as admin I know this is no acceptable due to security.
