Reset password is not working for Azure VM

Hi Team,

I created new VM on Azure portal and  while trying to login I was not sure about user name. so as suggested over Twitter by "Azure support", I am trying to reset the password but it is not working.

Could you please look into this with priority as I am facing this issue from more than 24 hours and still not able to login to VM.
