Can anyone help? I've exhausted the knowledge base's useless suggestions that don't work and about to cancel Azure and leave my VMs where they are (trying to move TO Azure but not impressed thus far.)
The problem is this. I deleted a VM and specified that Azure delete the associated disks. And of course, it doesn't delete the disks, only the VM. Now I'm stuck with 2 disks I want to delete but CAN NOT DELETE because it says they are associated to a VM (that doesn't exist). I've tried the broken breaklease script that is floating around (its error output is a mile long).. I've tried CloudXplorer and Azure Power Shell as well. This is ridiculous. How do I delete these disks if I cant remove the lease from the VM that does not even exist? Completely frustrating.
