Lync Server 2013/Skype for Business on Azure VMs

Hi,

Could somebody please confirm if either Lync Server 2013 or Skype for Business Server 2015 can be deployed on Azure VMs?

I'd like to understand:

a) If it's just a case of not being supported or if there are technical limitations preventing the actual deployment

b) What are the technical limitations, if any?

(e.g. - I read previously about disk requirements (Host Cache Preference) and multiple NICs being required for the Edge Servers - It seems that some users managed to get around the disks by creating new disks for the product databases and Azure now also supports multiple NICs).  Therefore, i'd really like to understand if a deployment can be successful and if not, why not?
