The operation cannot be performed because the virtual machine is faulted

Hi,

I was trying to create a VM using powershell from a .vhd file stored in MyDisks. The code run fine and provisioned a VM successfully.

Today when using the same code Im not able to provision a VM. On the Status of the VM it shows "Stopped(Could not Start)" 

On seeing the error description it shows "The operation cannot be performed because the virtual machine is faulted."
