VM compute hours questions

I have singed up for a Large SQL Server VM. I am looking at the usage and i am confused how the compute hours are calculated. 

When i look at the usage,

1. i see two VM compute hours though there is only VM that we subscribed for. 

COMPUTE HOURS - SQL SERVER WEB - 248hrs

2. When i expand the compute hours A1 VM it shows 96 compute hours for each day. We run the machine 24hours and we don't shutdown the machine. Why does the VM compute hours show 96 compute hours and why do we have charged for 2 VM when we are supposed to be using only one VM for SQL.
