I have MSDN subscription with Azure, which means some monthly credit and spending limit. Last month I hit my limit before month end and subscription was suspended, and all services stopped, and VMs deallocated. Exactly like expected.
This month, with new billing period I tried to start my VMs again. For last 4 days, it says "Starting", when I check VM status. I cannot restart it, cannot cancel starting, basically the only option available at this point is to delete VM.
How can I troubleshoot and fix the VM?
