How can I access the IIS page of my VM from the internet?

Hi Guys,

I am new to Azure and I would like to try hosting some PHP site on my Azure VM. Now how can I access the site from the outside? I'm not even seeing the IIS page using the DNS name and External IP of the VM. Any ideas guys if Im just missing some configuration here?
