Cannot connect to virtual machine from public location

Hi there,

I created a new hard drive on azure from a snapshot of an existing vhd and then created a new virtual machine using this hard drive. The problem is that I cannot remote onto it. I can however remote to it from a remote session from one of my other vms. Appologies if this has been answered elsewhere, but I couldn't find someone who had exactly the same problem.
