I am in the process of building JSON ARM templates which leverage the Windows and Linux custom script extensions. I will run powershell and Bash scripts automatically at the end of VM provisioning. I would like to know if you could point me to any articles or provide the answer to : What happens when a something requires a reboot (Like domain join or agent installation)? Will the post deployment script continue processing after reboot?
If you could also tell me where file uris are downloaded to when using the windows custom script extension it would be very helpful. I already know where linux is stored. Thanks
