I'm wondering if any of the functions in Azure Autoscale is like anything of Hyper-V Dynamic Memory. The reason I'm asking is that I'm going to deploy a few .NET applications that does not work with Dynamic Memory. The Autoscale feature in Azure is quite
like Hyper-V Dynamic Memory.
