Just a question regarding tomorrow's maintenance operations. Specifically regarding the East US region, are the times listed the expected start and end times (start 15:00 pdt - end 23:00 pdt)? Also, when it indicates a single reboot, is it safe to assume that the reboot will happen at the end of the maintenance window? I'm just trying to give the client clear information regarding the expected outage.
We want to notify you of an upcoming maintenance operation. We are scheduling the update to occur during nonbusiness hours in each
region. It is also being scheduled to avoid affecting two regions in close proximity at the same time. Single instance virtual machine deployments that arenot in availability sets will reboot once during this maintenance operation.
The following are the planned start times, provided in both Universal Time Coordinated (UTC) and United States Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).We expect the update to finish within six to eight hours of the start time.
Region | PDT | UTC |
West Europe | 9:00 - 17:00 | 16:00 - 0:00 |
West US | 18:00 - 2:00 | 1:00 - 9:00 |
East Asia | 3:00 - 11:00 | 10:00 - 18:00 |
North Europe | 10:00 - 18:00 | 17:00 - 1:00 |
East US | 15:00 - 23:00 | 22:00 - 6:00 |
Southeast Asia | 3:00 - 11:00 | 10:00 - 18:00 |
Thanks,
Ben
