Cannot connect to Internet from VM's

I have 3 VM's (2 - Windows Server 2012 and 1 – Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter) in Azure. When I created my first 2012 VM, I set “IE Enhanced Security Configuration” to OFF and I was able to access Internet.

I’ve repeated this same steps on reminding VM’s but result was and is different. No access to Internet.  

How can I enable Internet access on reminding VM's?
