How to get web access to VM

Hi, i created one VM with JasperReports 5.6.0-0 (Ubuntu 14.04), but don´t know how get web access. I try to access to: http://myipvm:8080 but can´t get response in my browser. Thank you. the VM with JasperReports 5.6.0-0 (Ubuntu 14.04) is a market place image
