Windows Server 2016 is still in preview, but once it is released, or any other upgrade to operating systems for that matter, does Microsoft have plans to include options to upgrade existing virtual machine software if desired? Right now we have a 2012
R2 VM running and we have no real desire to change anything (if it's not broke, don't fix it), but looking long term into the future, is this something that Microsoft plans on offering or when we create a VM are we stuck with that specific version of the OS
even after the sunset date?
