Can not delete orphaned disk

I have seen many questions related to this, but asking it again since none of the solution provided did not seem to work for me.

My Situation is similar to This

But Remove-AzureDisk command does not delete it giving the error as below:

I have already deleted Virtual Machine. How do i get rid of this disk??
