Hello everyone,
Since I found the hard disk size too small of the images provided by Azure I used my MSDN subscription to download get Windows Server 2012 and installed this on hyper-V on my local machine (127 gb disk). I then sysprepped the disk, converted it to VHD (instead of VHDX) and uploaded it to azure.
After creating a new machine based on this image it only shows "Running (Provisioning timed out)". I can't RDP to the VM.
Anyone has any idea how to solve this issue?
Kind regards,
Devedse2
Edit: (As a response to the reply in my last post but since it was too late it was already closed)
I tried changing the amount of cores for the VM but that did have no effect.
