Can't RDP Virtual Machine with DNS name

Hello,

I shut down my VM, Start it again and since then I can't connect to VM via RDP using DNS name loadcargoin0001.cloudapp.net. I can connect with public virtual IP address. When I PSPING loadcargoin0001.cloudapp.net it gives me different IP from public virtual IP.

I would be happy if someone could help me to resolve this DNS problem.
